Test - The Testing phase is focused on System Test, Subject Matter Expert (SME) Training, and User Acceptance.
Go Live - The objective of this phase is to Go Live which includes migration to the production environment, operations testing, training, cutover, production support, and operational signoff.

Planning - The planning process will affect the entire lifecycle of a project. By utilizing a combination of meetings and planning documents we ensure that:

Process - Effective delivery and control of a solution can only be achieved through sound procedures. Built upon literally hundreds of implementations the SCS Lifecycle approach ensures that we have a structured and thorough process for delivering agreed to objectives. This includes:
A clear project escalation procedure.
Change management process to ensure any changes required are documented, prioritized and agreed to before being undertaken.
A structured project plan with key milestones such as Project kick-off, design meetings, regular status checkpoints and final project close.

People - A major factor in our success is the appointment of high-caliber professionals in key roles. This is why all our project managers must meet the following criteria:
10 years ’minimum’ experience in a project management role

Strong planning skills and risk assessment
Ability to work as part of a team, while demonstrating strong leadership qualities and a willingness to take ownership·

Training
Depending on the level of training required, we provide training in the following areas.
Administration Training - This is a FrontRange course lasting 5 days and covers all the areas required to fully train a customer resource in administration and maintenance of the application. We typically recommend a minimum of 1 person attend this course prior to the implementation phase. In this way they can shadow the FrontRange implementation team, which ensures effective skills transfer.
Crystal Training - This is a public course and provides the necessary skills your Administration staff needs to create new and advanced Crystal reports. Accessing the data held within any system is vital, so having the right skills to extract this information is key. We typically recommend a minimum of 1 person attend this public course.
End User Training - Using StarCare staff to provide end user training is not mandatory but is highly recommended. After analyzing your training requirements we can offer a range of options that include; producing customized training materials built around your implementation, train the trainer classes and end user training geared towards the types of end user who will be using the system.
