HEAT 9.0 Upgrade Package
FrontRange Solutions recently released HEAT 9.0, the first version release of HEAT in more than 4 years. This new version of HEAT contains numerous new features aimed at making your HEAT database more efficient and powerful.

Designed to ensure a successful upgrade to HEAT 9.0 and to take advantage of the new features of HEAT 9.0.
The 2-Day HEAT 9.0 Upgrade Package (Package 1)
This 2-day engagement is a quick upgrade project designed to get your HEAT database upgraded to 9.0 and to implement several new features. This package includes:
· Upgrading the HEAT database to 9.0
· Installation and configuration of new HEAT Web Interface
· Changing 1 Auto-Ticket Generator profile to the new HEAT Messaging Center
· Building up to 5 new Autotasks
· Building up to 5 new business rules in BPAM
The 3-Day HEAT 9.0 Upgrade Package (Package 2)
This upgrade package contains everything in the 2-day package, but with some additional enhancements and training. This package includes:
· Upgrading the HEAT database to 9.0
· Installation and configuration of new HEAT Web Interface
· Changing 1 Auto-Ticket Generator profile to the new HEAT Messaging Center
· Building up to 10 new Autotasks
· Building up to 5 new business rules in BPAM
· A 4-hour training session on the new database
The 5-Day HEAT 9.0 Upgrade Package (Package - 3)
This upgrade package contains everything in the 2-day package, but with some additional enhancements and training. This package includes:
StarCare will come in for several days and go over you system in depth.
- StarCare will then create an analysis report with suggestions for your system
- This would be a custom upgrade with a re-build of your database -
- New Autotasks
- New Screen Flow
- New and/or improved Busines Rules
- Re-Training of your Team
- Upgrading the HEAT database to 9.0
- Installation and configuration of new HEAT Web Interface
